What is important to you? What are your guiding values, morals and beliefs when interacting with others? What would feel good to you in aligning these values with your actions and choices?
Political wellness involves seeing yourself in relation to people in your communities. Each one of us can locate ourselves in a number of different communities: families, friends, teams, clubs, coalitions, spiritual and religious communities, neighborhoods, villages, towns, cities, states, countries, species, the world community, and so on. As members of these communities, we get to explore and choose how we want to relate with others and use our power and voice in community decision making processes.
