2020 Free Scarfs/Hats in the Park

Handmade scarfs, hats for anyone who needs one.  They will be hung in Liberty Park near the tennis courts.  You are free to pick out one for you or someone you know that can use it.  They will all be tagged with the following: “I am NOT lost or forgotten and neither are YOU!!  I was handmade for YOU!! If you are cold and need me, please take me to keep warm!!
