Queer Oral History Project

The purpose of the Queer Oral History Project is to document the stories of LGBTQ people who have lived in the Wasatch Front between the Stonewall Riots of 1969 and the murder of Matthew Shepard in 1998. The Queer Oral History Project integrates and honors the diversity within the Wasatch Front by amplifying unheard voices through digital media, documentary story-telling and intimate human research, strengthening our community through the insight and wisdom of its members.
