Volunteers are an important part of the Utah Pride Center. Nothing takes place at the Center that does not require some level of volunteer energy and expertise. Volunteers fuel the Center's engine with their time, talents, and energy as they build community and family. The mission of the Center could not be achieved without our volunteer staff—made up of people like you.

From the first moment a visitor enters the Center, volunteers play a crucial role in our ability to provide quality services to the LGBT community. As a result, the Center has a variety of volunteer opportunities available to members of the public. Regardless of your age or background, chances are we have a volunteer activity just right for you!

Volunteering in Three Easy Steps

  1. Fill out a Volunteer Application.
  2. Attend a Volunteer Orientation, a brief training session for all new volunteers. You will be notified of the next Volunteer Orientation upon receipt of your application. You will discuss available volunteer opportunities at that time.
  3. Our Volunteer Coordinator will sign you up for the area that is best suited for our needs as well as your interests and skills. You will be contacted about opportunities to help via email, or phone if that is your preference.

We look forward to working with you!
