Every year, a committee of volunteers, staff and community organizations work together to produce the Utah Pride Festival in June. Begun in 1983, the annual event has grown dramatically from those small and rather secretive first gatherings to a 3-day festival including national headliners, Pride Film Festival, the Pride Parade with Grand Marshall Reception, a Pride Interfaith Service, Dyke March, Pride Dance.

The annual Utah Pride Center Center Golf Classic has the reputation of being the most fun you can have while raising money for a fantastic cause! Now in its eleventh year, the tournament attracts an impressive list of who’s who in the LGBTQ community and many wonderful allies – including television personalities, politicians, and golfers of all ability levels. 

This year's tournament is being held on August 22, 2010 at Stonebridge Golf Course.  The Party on the Patio will be held on August 20, 2010.  Stay tuned for more exciting details.  And dig out your argyle!

Held annually on or around October 11th (National Coming Out Day), this fundraising event brings community members together to celebrate and honor the process of coming out. All proceeds support the programs and services of the Utah Pride Center.  Keep watching for information about our next National Coming Out Day Celebration scheduled for October 9, 2010.

Usually held in late April, Queer Prom invites LGBTQ and allied youth, 14 to 20 years, to enjoy a safe and affirming evening of dancing and celebration. With more tahn 700 youth in attendance, the event is not to be missed.
